Training Philosophy
Over 8 years of specializing in Marketing and Communications, working for international and domestic companies with a variety in company sizes and positions, I have held managerial positions where not only my expertise was required, but also the ability to train and develop employees were also crucial to my job. Aside from professional work, I have actively engaged in a variety of communities, especially the youths and young employees, to support making a positive impact on shaping their mindset and attitude via soft-skill trainings, sharing seminars and workshops. And I believe that in the current situation, Training Attitude is a strange concept, even a hard-to-achieve education, but a vital one that we should pursue. Because, with technical knowledge, it is easy to be learned, but with social and interpersonal skills, they define who we are as professionals. All of these experiences and thinking have brought me important insights about all types of employees and problems of HR Management that employers are facing.
